The Christians keep a special diet before the Easter day. It is called <<The great period of fast>>. To keep this fast they eat vegetarian food/ the custom has a meaning which means to be freed from faults. The fast is kept for 40 days or a week or 3 days. There are people who give a great attention to the decoration of the table. They paint the boiled eggs especially with a red color. They paint the eggs in other colors too, and the children enjoy it very much. They put the painted eggs into the wheat which they have already grown. It is the beauty of the table for that day.
