Easter foods
2012 Apr 09, 3:03 PM
The Easter is Christian pavilion holiday. Easter’s table demands great attention, and each food has its meanings. We put colored eggs, a wine, fish, pilaf with the raisin and fried green on the table .
The eggs are painted red, which symbolizes Jesus’ blood.
The wine symbolizes the Jesus’ blood too.
The rice and raisins; the raisins are believers, and the rice symbolizes all the people in the world.
Fried green has its meanings. As people don’t eat meat on these days, they use much green.

When we study human language, we are approaching what some might call the "human essence," the distinctive qualities of mind that are, so far as we know, unique to man. NOAM CHOMSKY
